Cancellation Policy
Sometimes life throws a curveball and you can’t follow through with a planned session. When that happens, please contact me ASAP to try to reschedule.

Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation timeframe: Please contact me as soon as you know you won’t be able to do a planned session.
Cancellation fees:
With no notice and/or no show:
First time: free
Second time: Half the regular tutoring session fee
Third time: Regular tutoring session fee
If you give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, then you will not be charged.
If I am the one who needs to cancel a session and we cannot find a makeup time, then there is no fee for the session, of course.
Refund process: If you are dissatisfied with the service I am providing, please try giving me feedback so I can adjust. Refunds will be provided for only the most recent week of services, so don’t wait to inform me about what is not working. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days
